My Story

In an early stage of my career, I worked in a role where my one and only job was to address patient complaints.  While the job itself wasn’t pretty, it turned out to be one of the most formative experiences of my career. I was essentially given a window to a world that most organizations are challenged to address - the disconnect between what patients perceive and what caregiver intentions are.

Working closely alongside healthcare professional including nurses, doctors, and therapists and engaging in heartfelt conversations with patients about their experiences changed the course of my career and has now become the heart and soul of all the work I do. Through years of unraveling the essence of empathy, compassion, and genuine human connection, I've embraced a pivotal belief: When we operate from a place of passion and purpose, our ability to authentically connect with others strengthens and our sense of fulfillment deepens.

Today, I partner with businesses to design human-centric culture transformation programs, service experiences, and brand strategies that create intentional points of connection and inspiration for leaders, customers and service teams.
